Never felt so stressful ever since I stepped up as a RAG chair...So afraid that I would make the wrong decision...Weliam once told me that every decision that we made must be for the better of the team and most importantly to enhance our chances of winning...Whenever I want to make a decision, I would have to think through my mind first...A decision made by me might determine the result that we would ultimately get...The burden is like so so so heavy...
But this is just the beginning of the journey...And there is still a long long way to go...It is always difficult to start...So hang in there...And I believe we would all get through the tough times... :)
