I was also talking to wei jie over lunch today...Then, he asked me how good are my engineers this year..Without even thinking, I told him that I have a very good team of engineers...I said it with 100% confidence and it was something which I was very sure of...After which, he went on and asked me how come I was so sure...Then I told him that because I trusted Jeffrey and Bing Han...They have both sacrificed a lot to do RAG again for the second time...And I believed it was the same for Weliam and I...Or even for the rest of the raggers who are going to RAG for their first time....That's why I am sure everyone will do their best...
Wei Jie started to worry for me...And I asked him why...He told me that I would have to make sure that all the others in the team also put in their best and produce the best result. Or else, we will end up disappointing one another. So it is important that everyone has the same goal.
After hearing what Wei Jie said, I thought what he said really made sense. I think we will be letting down one another if we don't perform up to each other standards.
Change is constant. Everything changes. At times, things do not go the way that we want it to be. But no matter what, the decision made should be for the better of the team and to enhance our chances of winning.

I think for those who joined for the second time, what we want to achieve is to win back something for KR, return what KR gave us all these while. (for me, what I really want is to give KR what I experienced back during my first year orientation.)
No matter whats your goal is for the coming RAG, may it be friendship, winning... lets just put in our 100%!
