Just received an encouragement email from Weliam. I found 1 part really interesting and I thought of sharing with everyone.
Designing phase is extremely important cos ultimately these are the ideas that will carry the hopes of not just 30 ppl in rag but 500 residents in hall. So be patient until we are finally clear with what we want and what we think is the best among all. We need ideas to be developed fast but that doesnt mean that the earliest developed idea is the best among all.
Good things dun come easy so be patient. Patience is waiting. Not passively waiting. But to keep going when the going is hard and slow

i agree, design is the factor that decide win or lose from the beginning. I rather spend more time on designing phase until we have a very good design. people says "a good start is already a half success" haha.
